It looks like that CF was injured right at the half time break. So he left the pitch but wasn't actually replaced. He stepped off the pitch and the system started the second half before he could be replaced. Same thing happens if you have an injury right before a substitution is set for a specific time. |

He was never replaced from the injury. He was replaced as a sub at 60 min. Watch the actual game on PC and you will see it. |
