I'll require you make use of Google Chrome for Android, when there click on full site,locate the formation making tab. Then you are good to go. But unlike PC,you'll need to hold the ball/player you are moving for about 0.5 - 1.5 second... Your Jersey? That too can only be done in full site... Good Luck.
