The answer is: The player is automatically retired by the game when he turns 34, so you can retire him at 33 or anytime post he turns 30. There are few more requirements to be eligible for retirement, for which you will need to find and read the rules. You can't have me help you with everything now, can you? Have a nice one. p.s.
