Does the training progress differrs based div? If not why we are not allowed to loan to a higher div teams??

Why would you loan to a higher division team? You loan to give the player more playing time or to make him better, if he's good enough for a higher division team then he's even better for a lower division.

Just wouldn't make any sense loaning to a higher div team.

Simple fact.. The team training my player getting promoted.. I'm happy with his schedule and wish to loan him for one more season before I promote and put him on my starting line up. Hope now it make sense. Anyhow o got your point.
