I've search the forums and try some of it but it didn't work the way I want it to. Please anyone with a goid training schedule for both Juniour and Seniour Defenders should help me out. |

With me it worked out fine but there are other methods of training: 2 Cut passes 2 Steal the ball 2 Run 2 Remove balls Edited by kcs100% 17-12-2016 23:37 |
