How much salary do you pay for your PSYCHOLOGIST? The amount of morale recovered depends on what % he is. Lower the salary, lesser morale your players gain. Try and get staff to atleast 80%. |

There are two possibilities. 1. When you purchased the player from auction it was 81 average and not 83 as claimed by you in your first message on this thread. Since he is 33 yrs old, his average could have gone down because you trained your other attacking players. This is a very common thing, it happens to all older players and also players who have reached their peak forecast. There is ALWAYS a slide in average every time you train that position. There is a distinct possibility that the player was 80.50 - 80.75 average range (which shows as 81 average). Once you trained this position he average has gone down. Even if you recover all your morale / fitness he may not 81 average anymore. So do not be disappointed. 2. As far as your morale issue is concerned, there could be a glitch in the system that affected your staff. This does happen at times. Since its a one off case developers find it hard to even track and correct these sort of bugs. Keep a track of morale of all your other players. Plus if you keep losing games continuously then there is a chance your staff cannot cope up with the loss of fitness and morale. NOTE: NEVER buy 32-33 yr old players. They are bound to be removed from the game in 1-2 seasons automatically. By the end of the season you will lose the player you purchased for 10m. Its part of the game. |

I have a 55% psychologist, and he boosts morale about +10 daily. But you have a 78% and he boosts +1? You're sure your speaking truth. |
