 Can't find what I'm looking for in The Forums...

Can a coach of 89% Average be trained to 99% or he will only be trained to 95%

His average goes up

If you have a coach of 90avrge and you send him to a school where he acquire a degree on coaching, his average will be 92. If the coach go back for another degree it will become 94.... If you can't send him to a university for degree, then you can send him to a college for a "Course", here his average will only be +1 instead of +2 for Degree....
