Try convincing the manager by giving him a screenshot of your coach's average and your training schedule, maybe that would help!! | 10/07/2017 10:32 |

Mai you are only on the game since last tuesday. There is one thing that managers dont like to do is give players out to new managers with very little experience. There is nothing worse to a manager when he gets a barrage of message from a new manager begging for a player when they have no way to know if you are even going to be playing this game in a week, let alone a full season. As ephriamez said you should take a screenshot of your trainers % and you training schedule. Your trainer should be good too, a manager will not bother loaning a player to a team that have a weak trainer. Edited by DaDon04 10-07-2017 22:24 |

stallion's cage said: well actually to me,it depend on how sincere the rookie is That obviously goes without saying... My point is there is no way to tell if someone is being sincere unless you know them. Otherwise you are just risking loaning your player out to someone who might not look after your player. Maybe you have no problem stunting your players growth and taking risking loaning your players out to someone who might SEEM sincere. but i assure you most managers don't loan out players just to be a good samaritan. It has to benefit both sides. |

It has to benefit both sides. speak for yourself,I loan player for two reason 1) When a player really really need that player 2) To remove some heavy salary why will I loan a player to someone when I have a qualified coach at my disposal |

Ok then that's great, you go be a charity mr robben hood. If you have salaries you cant afford you are doing something wrong lol. Im speaking for the majority of intelligent managers. Maybe if you actually read the forum, the best players in your team wouldn't be loaned players. Edited by DaDon04 23-07-2017 22:11 |
