If you do not grow up juniors and earn , you will basically be stucked between div4 and div3 . You wont be able to buy good seniors due to lack of money to go to higher divisions . In the higher divisions you will observe that managers are more experienced with tactics and formations so the squad is important |

Youth teams are the future of any club. From being the place to nurture talent for the main squad to being the farm that produces players to be sold for money, it serves a lot of purposes. Almost all my top players are juniors who got promoted. Look at it this way, through your academy can come a player like messi, but if you are more interested in the final product, then you might have to buy neymar like psg.
