Lets say you have a player with a progression of 100 and have a coach of x percentage. The x measures how effectively the coach will be able to train your player. The player will be coached by the coach at x% of his prog. Consider the prog to be 100 and your coach % to be 76... then the coach will train your player at 76% of his prog, in this case, 76 of 100. Whereas a 95% coach will train a player to 95% of his prog, here in this case it would be 95.. The higher the coach percentage,the faster your player gains and reaches his max average. Good I got 94% coach yesterday thanks to my luck I have been looking for the past few months but now I got it Let's hope my players training improve because I was using 85% before |

No .i did,nt support the idea it not depend that you have 85% or 99% , that the player we not reach is las prog.for example i loan out player and is 87% the manager that loan to for has 85% coach , please are you tell me that the player we not train if train is positon or we not reach is prog. It's not that he won't train but his training won't be as quick as when you have 95% coach I was using 85% coach before but now that I got 94% my players training seems to have improved |
