http://en.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=27035652 I don't know what is wrong with this young lad,,,according to how a junior player can be promoted,a payer of 16years and average 60 will show yellow P that is when you can promote him but this player of mine has reached 60 over a week now but he hasn't shown any P. I want to promote him so that he can have full training and i don't want to ruin him by promoting him before he show the yellow P,,what do you think is happening?? 1. Be patient till he get to 60.00avg before promoting since you do not want to ruin his progression. 2. If you have a good % coach (90+) and the player have a decent progression (85+), you can schedule 1 week training that will cause him to reach 60.00, promote and revert to your normal training. The progression will be saved. 3. Promote as he is currently. Of course, you will ruin his future. |

Of course, you will ruin his future. thanks for this it is quit helpful,,,i have 93ave coach and have temp promote him, i will start him in my tommorows game and sub him off at maybe 15min so that he will be able to have 108motivation if i win the game... So with dis he should have reach 60 00 before he returns to junior squad on Monday |
