Why can't I sign Jnr players of high division by paying hostile clause but by transfer agreement , not 14yrs but for 16yrs upward and I'm still unable to buy. Do I need certain exp to do that? | 30/12/2017 10:13 |

I was unable to buy them even willing to pay release clause but was able to do so when paying less it was telling me to click on ball then I tried less then the manager sold |

Yeah, you have to click on football thrice to hostile a player. And please forgive my curiosity, what's D&S? |
