what if he accepts and then relegates back to his previous division?
what does he gain?
game streak of -25?
low morale of the players?
frustration and so on?

my dear beloved brethen,
just lay low and build up your game, get your acts right and let sm do the rest

what will -25 game streak do to him?

Why will his players morale get too low when he have a psychologist?

And why will he be frustrated when he is acquiring what he really want to get there(money)?

The No.1 goal of every manager is to promote to the next division whether the squad is in good form or not
or would you rather be rich but keep on getting relegated everytime you are promoted?

for what is the profit of a man who gains the world but loses his very dear soul?

MVP of the game
This thread is turning to something else. If that manager is given date, it would have even expired. I that am expecting that type of offer does not receive any, its someone who's afraid of div 4 23/01/2019 09:01

My guy div 4 is not easy, if you are not ready for it don't take the offer but you can never know if you don't try...
Just saying from experience: got double promotion from div.6 - div.4 even though I might get relegated this season 😔

now you are in a division where it is certain that you won't get promoted, and you receive an offer to go to an higher division get the cash and relegate the next season to your former division.

You are going to gain cash.
Now Tell me what is to be lost.

CASH?
cash is not everything, my brother
after back to back losses, it will get to a point where he will be frustrated
this can lead to depression and then withdrawal from the game
most of the friends i've made in this game quit the game because they relegated

I know you are talking from the monetary side of this issue but where i'm pointing to is the psychological effect it can have on the manager 23/01/2019 18:41

You are right, when I was promoted without my consent, it got really frustrating and I actually thought of quitting, but again I thought of the experience I could gain... I finished 13th and I didn't relegate
It all depends on the mentality of the manager
