But your point is not correct since formation rights to that player is 0%, if it were 12% at the time of transfer, the current formation % would be either 10% or 9% (don't remember the reducing %) and not 0.

Also you would still see the full transfer amount on the transfer record. You'll only see evidence of formation rights in your finances.
