Experienced and good managers only, should pls explain how formation rights works. How come some players will have 12% and some will have 2% after promotion from school? How was each 2% been calculated on each player sold, which came from my school? Pls, just need full explanations on formation rights. Thanks in advance |

When you promote player from your school, (formation rights) will be 2% and increases 2% at the beginning of each season (if he is still your player). Max formation rights is 12%, that means if you decide to sell your player and that manager sells him again, you'll get 12% of the sale price. | 24/04/2019 07:32 |

K. Permit me to sight this example of a player. http://en.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=29568798 I promoted him from my school, with 2%. Now I've sold him. Will that 2% be increasing in the other team also? Then if he decided to sell him, with that 2% will my profit be only 2%? Which is best between making the player increases to 12% in my team or selling with 2% and increasing in another team? |

If the manager sells him you receive only 2% of the fee (for the player mentioned). You created the player so all future income is yours i think (at the % you sell at) as for best way to 12% is keeping your player for about 5 in-game seasons (best if your training a certain position) | 24/04/2019 09:09 |
