for several months I notice that my players improve their skill less than some months ago. I build regularly an excel chart where I note improvment of player regarding sill, training type and motivation. so I can easily compare now and some months ago ,I did that for several years, for some newplayer between 15-48 old. I not also that I have lot less good players going out from my football school . of course I didn't change my school level and all are top quality. son my question, perhaps I miss the information, are there any change fo parameters about that in the game along 2019? I don't s say that 's bad thing, just want to be sure that's not an issue just with my account and all note this evolution |
