A few years back if there was a good average coach up for hire and you didn't sign him.. he would be gone within a few minutes. It happened to me once with 97% coach... I wanted to higher him but had an internet issue had to refresh and open a few minutes later when I realized that he was gone. Therefore, I decided to hire and fire every coach I find until I reach one that is 90+ I don't think this suggestion will be useful most of the time because if you get a notification and login 5 hours later then the staff will be gone... especially if you make it accessible to every manager without golden balls or having to pay a fee. Suggestions: *What I am trying to say is that it might be cheaper for you (to hire and fire every coach you get until you reach a good one) than wait for this suggestion to be implemented or to pay buy GBs or cash if it gets implemented. **Another good idea would be to keep putting players in hall of fame and use them for same coach/staff until his average reach 99%. (but this also depends on strikermanager luck in which they give you the same staff in options multiple times) Hope I helped in some way.. |

Ouch. Indeed. Suggestion is good. First to catch 90+, then boost him up. A lots of clicks needed though and luck as well. I caught coach 90 after less then 3 months. Junior coach is just 85 so far.  |

If you keep hiring and firing then you might end up spending 50M on nothing xD it depends on your luck if you get a higher average early on! Best bet is to use hall of fame but that might take seasons if you don't already have old players in your team.. Or train your own with GBs and cash On a different note... I wonder if I can retire my 32yo juniors into Hall of Fame.. some of them already have 20+ points |

Well, can't say literally nothing because all the stuff members are between 83 and 87 (only coach is full up). I hired maybe 3 to 5 times each to get there so it wasn't much of costs. But yes, that's pure luck. HoF can be good plan B if I don't catch anything until that. |
