Please i used 100gb to train my coach but only increase by two point but if i use money how many point will he use to increase help me out (@oyewale) | 03/05/2021 21:43 |

Hi Payback. There are four ways of increasing staff averages. 1) Hire better staff 2) Training 1 - Give them a degree 3) Training 2 - Give them a course 4) Re-employ Hall of Fame players as staff Hiring better staff is the best way to start. You'll usually see 85-90% staff become available. The higher the % the rarer they are and the more they will cost in wages but the less training they will need. Once you are confident you will not find a better staff member on rotation, you can train them. Training your coaching staff is one of the most expensive but beneficial things you can do in the game. I would not bother for any other staff than the two coaches. Giving your staff a degree costs GB. Each course increases the staff ability by 2%. Remember, you can only reach 99% maximum. Giving your staff a course costs in-game money. Each course improves the staff ability by 1%. The higher the staff quality, the higher the cost of the course. My 70% physio will cost 5.6m to increase to 71%. I cannot remember if it's the same for all staff but I think so. I cannot remember the cost of the courses or the rate of cost increase. But, by the time you are in the 90s, this will be tens of millions per %. You can find out the cost of the course by clicking signings>staff>training>then clicking course under the relevant staff member. The final way is a bit complicated, but after 4 full seasons in your team you can retire players to your Hall of Fame if they have accumulated enough HoF points. After another full season, you can check your Hall of Fame and see an option to employ the player. You'll then be offered a number of staff positions the former player can take and see how many % the former player will increase each position. It is not the same % increase for each role. The player will then accept that position with an increased % for no additional cost compared to the former staff member. Doing it this way takes, in practice, at least 6 seasons, so it's a long time to wait for a few % but it is technically free. I hope this helps. Edited by @sicox86 04-05-2021 08:10 |
