They are always with a down red arrow unlike my senior team and as someone posted below. Maybe it's because they are not in their natural position, but even my Junior goalkeepers have this same issue. | 05/07/2021 13:30 |

Maybe you are confusing the motivation with experience gaining? There is a knowed issue that a red arrow that represents EXPERIENCE say that juniors are losing exp. Forget that red arrow. Its a bug. Then there are green arrows (on the left) that this time represents how players improve their stats. Lastly if you enter into the players info, you must see the MOTIVATION of that player. Can be 100%, 50%, 20% etc. It depends about the position, if team wins etc. So when you said: "motivation" is that what are you talking about? Or maybe confusing with the "green" or "red" arrows that represents other things? |

Yes, seems I may have confused motivation with experience by what you're saying bcus some of the players have motivation level when I entered them but most have 0 experience. How is that happening? |

we can't see them but i can only tell you one thing that you can temporary promote the player and put them in starting line up |
