Hi Emma, as mentioned in another thread, I am part of the committee that recommends which countries should go on list. As for Qatar, we are waiting for them to bribe us the same way they bribed* Fifa for hosting the cup. We figured might as well make some money for us (unofficial committee; not SM) too.
