I don’t know why my players are reducing in average. Players I bought 70% and 60% are now averaging 30% and below What can I do or what do you think I’m doing wrong They aren’t missing any training session btw |

When players morale goes down, average go down as well. The game is designed in such a way that when you lose a game, your players morale goes down which equally makes their average goes down as well. You'll need to always put your physio and psychologist to work everyday to avoid this. Also note that even if you win games, the morale of the players at your reserve list will go down |
