 what is the benefit of seeding your staffs to degree and course. 2.why do we need to hire and pay huge money for a staff and pay over a million to get a degree for them and almost a million again for course 07/04/2011 13:36

I was expecting to hear this when i saw your write up but you fail to mention the benefit to the team.1 what matter most is the players if i ve hired a coach with about 4 balls just to get the best and i still need to send him to get a degree then what is the benefit of the players 2) when the coach get the degree will the players quality improve?  If you have better coach / youth coach your players will improve faster with training.

For example, a IM who improves 0.500 with organize midfielders and with a coach of 79, if you get a coach of 99 he will improve a 20% faster, as or. midfielders trains a 100% of the total amount (see the green bars).

So, with 99 coach he would improve at 0.600%, a 20% more.

 Waste of money in my opinion. You better off hiring a high quality coach. Taking a course will increase the quality by 1, degree will increase by 2. The maximum numbers of courses that can be taken is 5. That means if your coach takes all courses, his quality will increase by a maximum of 10. i.e if his quality is 75, after all courses his quality will increase to 85.

It's only worth it if you have a coach with quality of 85 or more, so you can increase his quality to 90s. The maximum quality is 99.

The courses cost millions and gold balls, the last 2 courses can be taken only with golden balls. 		07/04/2011 14:36

 I agree to that. To me it feels that some components in this game are unbalanced in terms of cost and benefit. You can pay 3,8 m for a course which will increase your trainer's skill by 1% which is litterally tiny. On the other hand you can easily pay like 8,5 m for an arena extension and start earning 0,5 m per home game (repaied into aprox 17 games). People who are improving their trainers are cheated to be honest. 07/04/2011 14:57

 I think degrees are very useful, but courses are not. And only with an employee of at least 89% to make it reach the 99% skill, otherwise I think it's not worth... 07/04/2011 15:16
