This would definitely be implemented into next season for many, MANY reason. I see little reason why not to somehow make this a option. I have 1 more reason that I dont think I've read (or maybe missed it), say you have a 17yr old player you think will be ready to be promoted with a months work of good training, why not loan him out for half the season then recall him if he's ready to promote or decline and let him stay with the loan club if he's not ready. +Great suggestions lifeguard!! |

Great idea Lately seen alot of people complaining about their players not being trained properly, not being trained enough or not in starting line-up so lack of motivation an issue and this would solve alot of problems |

It's not digging up old threads if it's perfectly relevant the issue is still one that should be addressed at some point. |

Yes very true LG. And Fonzi i was looking at you having a sook that your player wasnt been properly trained when infact for his shitty prog/FC he had been trained very well to go up 8Skill Points so far in the season |
