Training Midfielders (LM, LIM, IM, RIM, RM) again for next season for Junior and Senior squads. Looking for 70+ average players with good progression for Senior squad. Any players accepted for Junior squad. Will be in Division 3. Both coaches are 99%. Training schedule for Junior and Senior squads. Will adjust for specific positions (i.e. Substitute Running for Sprint if receiving RIM). In-Depth Passing Running with the Ball In-Depth Passing Crossing the Ball Ball-Control Running Ball-Control Tackling Sprint Shots on Goal Shots on Goal Here are two examples of players I have trained over the past two seasons, to get an idea of my success training midfielders. I have a junior RB, RIM,OM or DM for training. If anybody train RB or defenders in general, 7 days per week and max. motivation , i'm ready to negotiate both in Senior or Junior players. I train CF RF LF in juniors 7 days per week. In seniors no schedule yet. Both coaches 99 % and motivation is the max reached 110 %. Edited by Anestis 11-12-2012 17:45 |

Currently in div 5, with a possibility of promotion to div 4 next season. Senior coach: 99 Junior coach: 92 (training to 94) I train LM/RM and LIM/RIM for both juniors and seniors, and have had very good success with high progression prospects. My weekly training schedule (which can be adjusted for prospects who require attention in certain categories): In-depth passing (x2) Ball control (x2) Running/sprint (x2) Crossing the ball / shots on goal (x1) I have considered shifting this schedule to focus on tackling and other defensive skills, and would be willing to adapt to your needs if asked. I need a div 5 (or 4 if I earn promotion) trainer with a 99 junior coach who focuses on GK training 7/7 as I have two high-level GK prospects that require full attention. More details can be shared via PM if interested - I would like to do a loan swap in those cases. Otherwise, I am willing to take on seniors with 65+ average in LM, LIM, RIM, RM or DFM. Your players will receive starting XI time in cup matches, friendlies and private league matches - and if they are advanced enough, I will also make use of them in league as well. Please PM if interested - I may already have filled one senior loan slot, and I'm willing to negotiate others as well. |
