I am in div 2 training CDF for jnr squad, concentrating on speed so OM can benefit in speed and strength. 2x running, 2x intercepting passes, 2x running with ball, tackling, clearances. occasionally Man to man marking. I need a specific OM trainer to take my jnr OM. |

Hello!! Next season I'll be in 3rd division, and I'll train junior defenders and DFM's everyday (my junior coach is 99%), and I'm looking for someone in 3rd division like me who trains GK in juniors to swap loans (the junior GK will come back to my team at the end of this season). I could train your junior player (defender or DFM) everyday as substitute (always 78-83% motivation) if you train my junior GK as substitute, too. Hi all, I'm looking to have a junior RF trained, in exchange for me training a GK. I have a coach rated 91 (always looking for better) and I train 7 days a week. I'm also looking for a senior DFM/OM with a 60+ average- I will train them to the best of my abilities, though not 7 days a week.
