If you've hired an scout you can use him to search free new talents. Every season new players are created free, without being yet hired. They are young payers who could become future stars of your team. Some of them are already pretty good, others just can't play football decently. But the most interesting part of this is that you can hire them for free, because they haven't any contract with any other team yet. To search this players go to "Scout" section under the "signings" menu. You'll be directed here: Scout There you can define a search parameters to find the right junior players for you. At this moment you should use "no team" = yes. That should be enough, leave the rest of the fields blank and press "search button". After a few hours/days (depending on the quality of your scout) you will see there a list of players matching your conditions. Remember, that players without team can be signed for free.
