I've sent out my scout now to find free young players, but I don't know what to expect. How much average rating for youth players is considered good enough? I'm completely new to this, so I'd really appreciate it if you could tell me how player development works in this game? Progression, Forecast, True Training effect etc.? |

If you find them using coach secret. they will join your senior squad. If you want Junior players either buy them from a Junior squad or search using your scout. Or get them from a school.
